All of the supervision that will be done for all of the sites will be done by the Field Supervisor that is on the road between the times of 1600 - 0800 on all days and 24 hours a day on the weekends and holidays.

All of the sites and standing orders manuals must contain the cell phone number of the on call supervisor for that time under the circumstances that there should be a problem the supervisor can be reached by all of the guards on duty by these means.

Under the circumstances that there should be an emergency book-off or schedule change the supervisor must be in communication with the guards. All of the Management personnel should also be able to contact the ON DUTY SUPERVISOR in the event of an emergency and or scheduling change during off business hours. The same cell phone with the same number should be used by all of the supervisors.

For all of the sites the Supervisor must make visits to the site on a regular basis or exactly 3-5 times a week at least. During each visit there will be a mandatory site evaluation that must be completed by all of the supervisors while they are conducting their visit. This will contain the site requirements, standing orders manuals, and the performance checks on all of the guards. The following in detail on each visit must be checked and verified by the Field Supervisor:

		Guard in full uniform
		Guard alert
		Guard conducting all of the duties as required by the SOM.
		Guard up-to date, current, and neat on Report.
		Guard in clean uniform and clean appearance.
		Guard arrived to work on time
		Guard has all required equipment at hand either carried by the guard or issued to the guard.
		Site Standing Orders Manual in Order
		Site Phone in Order or method of communication all in tact and ready for use.
		Designated work area clean.
		All site ordinances and requirements as outlined appear to be in order

During all of the visits the Field Supervisor must ensure that all of the contents of the SOMs are in place and must provide the proper and necessary assistance for those standing orders manuals that are not in place, up to date, or that may require any changes made. The Field Supervisor must also note the times of arrivals and times of departures from all of the sites that the supervisor has visited. The guard on the site must also sign for the conclusion of the inspection. The Field Supervisor must stay between 15-30 minutes for all of the outlined and for all inspections.
